Lyman Peck, age 89, of Manchester, CT, beloved husband of Arlyne (Moske) Peck, passed away after a short illness on March 5, 2021. Lyman was born in the Talcottville section of Vernon on October 11,1931. He was the son of the late Joseph and Hilda (Anderson) Peck.
Lyman proudly served his country in the Air Force. While working for Pratt & Whitney for 37 years, Lyman also worked part-time for several local grocery stores. After retirement, he worked for Orlando Annulli & Sons as the unofficial Mayor of East Point Business Center. He was a gold card member of the Army / Navy Club, and was an avid fan of the Hartford Whalers and Boston Red Sox. Lyman and Arlyne enjoyed traveling the world with friends and family. No matter where they went, they always seemed to meet people he knew.
Lyman was predeceased by his three brothers; Arthur, Joseph, Raymond and his two sisters; Mildred and Esther. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Arlyne and their four children and their spouses: Linda and Jim Messier of Vernon, Susan and Lon Annulli of Glastonbury, Dave and Cathy Peck of Ellington, Paul and Lisa Peck of Glastonbury, along with nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, March 8, 2021 from 4:00-6:00pm at Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home, 400 Main St., Manchester, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am, Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at St. Bartholomew Church, 736 Middle Turnpike East, Manchester, CT. Burial will follow at St. Bridget Cemetery.
