She was born January 9, 1953 in Manchester, CT, daughter of the late Lester and Esther (Sutherland) Wolcott. Gail was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 31. Gail is survived by her son Jesse Wilkinson and his wife Christine of South Windsor, CT; daughter Jamie Mihok and her husband Stephen of Uncasville, CT; her grandson Stephen Thomas Mihok and granddaughter Emilia Joan Mihok, sisters Joyce Kost of South Windsor, CT and Margaret Wales of Vacaville, CA.
Along with her parents Gail was preceded in death by her former husband Thomas C. Wilkinson and her brother John Wolcott of Tujunga, CA.
The family would like to thank all of her caregivers over the years for their caring and devoted service.
