William Earl Proctor

William E. Proctor, 57, of New Horizons Village, Unionville CT, passed away July 21,2022. William is predecesed by his Mother, Eleanor K Proctor, his Father, John G Proctor, and brother John T Proctor. Will is survived by his sister, Janine (Proctor) Blair. William grew up in Manchester, CT and attended local schools. He graduated from Manchester High School in 1984. Will attended and received his associates degree from MCC. Will was a son, brother and friend. He was the gentlest of souls with a perfect mix of sarcastic humor and wit! Will had a love of comics, movies, books and music, which he had as eclectic taste and knowledge of. Will is now reunited with his best friend, his brother John. Until we meet again, TOAD! Calling Hours will be held at Holmes Watkins Funeral Home located at 400 Main Street, Manchester CT 06040 on Wednesday, July 27th from 4pm to 6pm. Burial will be the following morning, Thursday, July 28th at 10:30am at East Cemetery located at Harrison Street, Manchester CT 06040.
