William C. Columbe Jr

William C. Columbe Jr., 74 of Hebron formerly of Manchester passed away Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Vitas Health Care Waterbury. William was born in West Hartford, July 18, 1942 son of the late William C. Columbe Sr. and Stephanie (Klonoski) Columbe and had lived in Manchester for most of his life before moving to Hebron ten years ago. He retired after 28 years of employment in 1997 in the Water Dept. and Park Dept. for the Town of Manchester. He was also a volunteer fireman for 37 years for the Manchester 8th District Fire Department and for 10 years for the Columbia Volunteer Fire Department. In years past, William enjoyed hunting and camping. William is survived by two sons, William "Billy" C. Columbe of Manchester and David A. Columbe of Hebron, a sister and her family and many friends.
