Solomon Q. Rosemond Jr

Solomon Q. Rosemond Jr., 64, of Ellington beloved husband of Yvette D. (Vanzant) Rosemond, passed away unexpectedly Monday, May 2, 2016 at Hartford Hospital. Solomon was born December 8, 1951 in Springfield, MA, son of the late Solomon Rosemond Sr. and Patrice (Cruse) Antoine. He was presently employed as an investigator for more than 30 years. In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by his loving family, daughter, Cherie (Rosemond) Lisee and her husband, Matthew, his son, Nathan S. Rosemond and sister, Patrice Antoine. Family and friends may call on Friday, May 6, 2016 from 5-8 pm at Watkins Funeral Home 142 East Center Street Manchester, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 9:00 am at St. Bridget Church 80 Main Street Manchester, CT, everyone attending is asked to please meet directly at the church Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery Bridge Street Suffield.
