Ronald Lee Hudson

Ronald L. Hudson, age 67, beloved husband of Jennifer Wilson-Hudson for 31 years, passed away on April 5, 2025, in Meriden, CT., after a brief illness. He was born on June 25, 1956 in Miami, FL. To William T. Hudson and Elizabeth (Boudreau) Hudson. Ron grew up in Miami and upon graduation from high school in 1975, he enlisted in the Army and served for eight years on active duty in Korea, Germany, Fort Knox and Hawaii. He received several honors and commendations for his service. After having suffered service related injuries, Ron was honorably discharged in 1983 as a SP4(specialist 4th class). Ron later attended Manchester Community College in 1995 and received a
Culinary Arts Certificate while raising his family. Ron and Jennifer moved from East Hartford to Manchester, CT. in 2016, where they have continuously resided for the past 8+ years. Ron was a loving husband and father, deeply devoted to his family and always willing to help out with guidance and support. He enjoyed listening to audio books and dancing. He will be remembered for his bright smile and wonderful laugh. In addition to his wife Jennifer, Ron is survived by and will be dearly missed by his children, Steven Donald Hudson and his wife Ashley Melissa Hudson, and son Tyler Michael Hudson and his wife Tennile Love, as well as grandchildren Mackenzie Susan Hudson, Mikayla Emily Hudson, Jagger Hudson and Eliel Love.
