Robert L. ''Rob'' Bray Ii

Robert L. "Rob" Bray II, 32, of Bristol, died unexpectedly, Saturday July 11, 2015 at John Dempsey Medical Center. Rob was born June 2, 1983 in Walnut Creek, CA. son of Robert L. Bray Sr. and Kathline (Golden) Bray of Vernon. He was employed with Connecticut Spring and Stamping of Farmington. Rob was a devoted father and family member who was passionate about politics and history. In addition to his parents he is survived by his fianc, Alicia France and daughter Makaya both of Bristol, his paternal grandmother, Ruth Bray and grandfather, the late Eliga Bray. He also leaves four sisters and brothers, Jacalyn Bray of Vernon, Eliga Bray of Enfield, Jade Bray of Vernon and William Bray of East Hartford, one Aunt, Kimberly Muir and her husband Leroy of East Windsor, four uncles, Keith Golden of Vernon, Keith Bray of Holt, NY, the late Lawrence Bray and the late Ronald Bray and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Rob was predeceased by two brothers, Walter E. Bray and Edward M. Bray. Funeral services will be held Tuesday July 21, 2015 at 7:00 pm at the Holmes Funeral Home, 400 Main St., Manchester. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 5:00 PM until the time of the service. Burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the Bray family.
