Robert D. Phelps

Robert D. Phelps 69 of Manchester, CT. Passed on May 8th 2022. Born to John W. and Noreen (Costello) Phelps. Despite his own challenges Bob dedicated many years work with MARC helping people with disabilities. Along with his parents Bob we predeceased by his brother Raymond Phelps. He is survived by his brothers John J Phelps and Roger Schultz as well as many friends.
