Robert W. Neville

Robert Neville, 68, of Manchester passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 6, 2018. He was born on August 10, 1949 in Hartford, one of four sons of the late Eldon and Martha (Seger) Neville. Bob was raised in Manchester, attended local schools and was a graduate of Manchester High School, Class of 1967. He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps serving his country during the Vietnam War. Upon completion of his military service he graduated Cum Laude from The University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Natural Resource Conservation. In 1992 while furthering his education in Civil Engineering, Bob was named to the Who's Who in American Junior Colleges. He was employed as an Engineer for the State of Connecticut working in the Department of Transportation until his retirement in April in 2017. He is survived by his three brothers and sisters-in-law; Richard and Patricia Neville of South Windsor, David and Diane Neville of Riverside, RI. and Thomas and Nancy Neville of Manchester, numerous nieces and nephews and his lifelong friend John Barnowski. He will be severely missed by us all. A Celebration of Life Service with Military Honors will be held on Saturday, May 5th 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Church of Nazarene 47 East Street Rockville CT 06066.
