Robert J. Mcalpine

Robert J. McAlpine, 69, of Coventry, formerly of Manchester, loving companion for over 20 years of Jackie Kelsey of Coventry passed away peacefully on Monday, September 24, 2018 after a brief illness. Bob was born on October 24, 1948 in Hartford one of five children of the late Kenneth and Julia (Dowd) McAlpine. Prior to retiring due to his health Bob was employed as a health aide. He was a longtime member of Bill W.

In addition to his companion Jackie, he is survived by his three siblings: Bruce McAlpine of West Hartford, Ross McAlpine and his wife Debi of Ventura, CA and Barbara McAlpine and Albert Delgado of Newington, his two nieces; Jennifer Delgado and Michelle Delgado, Jackie's children; Lisa Stratton and her husband Ed, Donna Kinney, John Kelsey and his wife Sally, Bruce Kelsey, Troy Kelsey and his wife Gina and all their families. In addition to his parents Bob was predeceased by a brother Gregory McAlpine and a nephew Jeffrey McAlpine.
