Robert Eells, 94, of Andover, Connecticut, passed away peacefully at home on October 9, 2026.

He was born on May 31, 1932, in Deep River, Connecticut, the son of the late Robert Eells and the late Genevieve (Blaschick) Eells.

Robert proudly served his country as a Navy veteran and after service he became a graduate of the University of Connecticut. Following his education, Robert built a career in Quality Control at Pratt and Whitney.

Bob also had a great love for the game of baseball, playing hard ball in Cuba and fast pitch softball for the State Championship team Reed Construction. He also loved coaching little league in Andover. Retirement brought a passion for his vegetable garden and special trips to Stowe, VT with Fran and Kathy Williams.

Robert was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Bonnie, and son William.

He is survived by his sons Joe (Rachel) of Columbia, Steve (Chris) of Hebron, Grandchildren Jeff (Alyssa) of Manchester, Mark (Abby) of Manchester and three Great-Grandchildren, Ben, Brooks and Madison.
