Paul D. Billiel, 61, a 29 year resident of Willington, formerly of Andover and Manchester passed away peacefully on Monday, October 16, 2017 at home with his loved ones at his side. Paul was born on February 25, 1956 in Manchester son of the late Lawrence and Catherine Billiel. He was raised in Manchester, attended local schools and was a graduate of Rham High School. Paul was employed as a hardwood floor finisher for most of his life and most recently was employed with Dalene Flooring. Paul was a true motorcycle enthusiast. He was always in his garage working on one project or another. His garage door was always open to whomever needed him. He also loved to fish and hunt and he was a member of the Big Buck Club in Willington. Paul is survived by his loving companion Debbie Krause of Willington, his two children; Jessie Parrish-Billiel and her husband Mike Bilodeau and their children; Michael Jr. and Alexis Rose all of Mansfield, his son; Nathan Parrish-Billiel and Rachel Flanagan and his son Nathan all of Hartford. Paul also leaves his two brothers and sisters-law; David and Teri Billiel of Windham and Joe and Becky Billiel of Marlborough, his two sisters and a brother-in-law; Lucille and Eric Anderson of Andover and Laurie Fales of Kentucky, numerous nieces, nephews and their families, the mother of his children Danielle Parrish of Manchester and many wonderful friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Barbara Darwin. Family and friends are welcome to attend a time of visitation on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 2-5 pm at Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home, 400 Main St. in Manchester.
