Natalie Platt

Natalie Platt, 95, widow of Charles Platt, passed away on Wednesday, October 18th at Woodlake of Tolland. She was born August 6th, 1928, in Willimantic to the late Milton and Vivian (Cleland) Winsor. Natalie attended and graduated from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. She then worked at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as a lab tech. Natalie returned home to Connecticut and married her soulmate in 1951, eventually moving to Vernon, CT, where they raised their three children. Natalie was an active member of Center Congregational Church for many years. She will most be remembered for being a loving mother and grandmother. She was predeceased by Charles Platt, her beloved husband of 60 years, as well as her loving son Craig Platt of Keene, New Hampshire. She will be dearly missed by her children, son David Platt of Vernon, daughter Sue Bolduc and husband Brian Bolduc of Coventry, and daughter-in-law Brenda Platt of Keene, New Hampshire. Natalie also leaves behind her granddaughter Megan Fuller and husband Jesse Fuller of Bolton, grandson Eric Bolduc of Ellington, great grandson Brayden Fuller, and brother Milton Winsor of Palmdale, California. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 28 at 10:00am at Center Congregational Church, 11 Center Street, Manchester, CT. Burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Center Congregational Church.
