Michael J. Guillette

January 16, 1990 — September 26, 2015

It is with profound sadness that we share the loss of our much loved son and brother, Michael J. Guillette of Manchester. Michael struggled with addiction and is lost to us due to an overdose of tainted heroin. We share this in the hope that a life can be saved from this illness.
Michael was born on January 16, 1990 and left all who loved him on September 26, 2015. He was a lifelong Manchester resident and during his lifetime he touched many people with his infectious smile and loving personality. He enjoyed fishing, paintball (where he won many trophies) but his passion was skateboarding. He had an amazing talent for designing skateboards which have been admired and now cherished by many. He will also be remembered for his magic card tricks.
Michael will be forever loved and remembered by his parents, Joseph M. and Diane (Radomski) Guillette of Manchester; his siblings, Michelle Dzialo, her husband John, and their daughter Caitlyn of Newington, Emily Ouellette of Manchester, Joseph M. Guillette Jr. of Newington, and Keith Ouellette of Willington; his paternal grandmother, Rita Guillette of Methuen, MA; the love of his life, Melissa Barresi of South Windsor, his best friend, Dan Torpey of Manchester, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Michael will also be dearly missed by Barbara and Gene Torpey of Manchester whom he loved dearly along with all those who knew him for his smile, hugs and acts of kindness.
Michael was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Joseph L. Guillette, and his maternal grandparents, Mieczyslaw and Sophie Radomski. He was also predeceased by his best friend Chris Bower who also lost his battle with addiction.
Michael, you have brought us so much joy and happiness to all the lives you touched during your short time with us. We are proud to be your parents, sisters and brothers... and always will be.You will be so deeply missed and loved forever. May you rest in peace Jiggy.
