Marie J. Purvis

Marie Joan (Palmer) Purvis, 72, of Glastonbury, CT passed away peacefully with loved ones by her side on Monday March 22, 2021 at St. Francis hospital after a brief illness. Born on May 20, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Mary Palmer of Manchester, CT. She was retired after working 25 years at the Manchester Stop & Shop as a deli clerk. Marie is survived by a daughter Jodi Spencer and her wife Nichole of Marlborough, CT as well as many additional family members and friends. Marie will always be remembered for her friendly smile and giant laugh. Services will be held Monday, March 29, 2021 at 11:00 am at the East Cemetery, 240 East Center Street, Manchester, CT.
