Lucille “Lucy” B. Wright, a gentle soul and beloved matriarch, passed away peacefully in her home in Manchester, Connecticut, on September 15, 2025, at the age of 85.

Lucy was a devoted mother to her four sons—William, David, Paul, and Daniel—and a cherished grandmother to four grandchildren, Dustin, Darren, Andrew, and Scarlett and two great-grandchildren, Bryce and Esmeralda. Her love extended far beyond family, touching the lives of all who knew her through quiet acts of kindness and the beautiful jewelry she crafted by hand. Each piece was a gift, a symbol of her care and creativity.

A faithful Jehovah’s Witness, Lucy lived with grace and humility, guided by her beliefs and a deep sense of purpose. She found joy in cooking for loved ones, turning everyday meals into moments of connection and comfort. Her home was a haven of warmth, filled with the scent of home-cooked meals and the sparkle of her handmade treasures.

Lucy’s legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and the many lives she touched with her kindness, artistry, and unwavering love.
