Lois W. Lundberg

Lois Whitcher Lundberg, 92, of Manchester, born December 31, 1925, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, November 4, 2018 after a brief illness. She was surrounded by her devoted husband of 72 years, George A.F. Lundberg Jr. M.D. as well as her loving family. Lois was a member of the Womens Auxiliary in both the Manchester and Hartford Hospitals. She spent time working at Manchester Memorial Hospital for many years, but most of her life was spent raising her four children, George A.F. Lundberg III, Charles Lundberg, Julie Lundberg Cameron and Kate Lundberg King. In addition to her husband and children, she is also survived by her 10 grandchildren whom she loved dearly. All funeral services for Lois will be private. Internment will take place in East Cemetery, Manchester. Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home, Manchester, is in care of her arrangements.
