Lawrence A. 'Larry' Fullerton

Lawrence A. "Larry" Fullerton, 69, of East Hartford beloved father, grandfather, brother and uncle passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family on Saturday, January 6, 2017. He was born on October 13, 1948 in Fort Fairfield, Maine son of the late Reginald C. Fullerton and Kathleen (Walls) Fullerton Moroz. He spent his childhood in Monticello, ME and graduated from Houlton High School. Larry was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War serving his country in the US. Army. He was employed with Pratt & Whitney Aircraft for over 36 years as a N.D.T. Inspector before retiring in 2014. Larry was a member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers # 1746 and American Legion Post #0200. He was a devoted son and family man and a lifelong Boston Red Sox fan. Larry was generous, kind and would help anyone in need. He was very much loved and will be deeply missed. He is survived by his three sons and two daughters-in-law; Jason Fullerton of East Hartford, Aaron and Jennifer Fullerton of Enfield and their two children Emily and Lucas, Brandon and Sarah Fullerton of New Britain and their two children Olivia and Alexis, two devoted sisters; Judith Roberts and her husband Darrin, and Claudia Fullerton all of Manchester, his five nieces; Debbie, Renee, Heather, Heidi and Laura, three nephews; Steven, Robert and Bill and his two cats; Jasmine and Baby. In addition to his parents Larry was predeceased by his step-father Walter Moroz. Family and friends are welcome to attend a time of visitation on Monday, January 15, 2018 from 6-8 pm at Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home, 400 Main St. in Manchester. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, Jan. 16th at 11 am at the funeral home followed by burial with military honors in Hillstown Road Veterans Cemetery, Manchester.
