Lauren Prokipchak, 34, of Manchester, entered into eternal life Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. She was the beloved daughter of Maureen and Marty Prokipchak of Manchester.
She was born in Humble, TX on April 22, 1981 and was raised in Connecticut, moving to Manchester in 1999. She was a graduate of Somers High School; Creative Hair Design of CT; and attended Manchester Community College. She had been a server at various restaurants in the Manchester area.
Besides her parents, Lauren is survived by her loving brother, John Prokipchak and his wife Linda of Wethersfield, her loving maternal grandparents, Nancy and John V. Mahon of Souderton, PA, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She also leaves behind her beloved canine companion, Daizy.
A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Saturday, Nov. 21, at 10:30 AM at St. Bartholomew Church, 45 Ludlow Road, Manchester. Burial will follow in St. Bridget Cemetery in Manchester. Visiting hours are Friday from 6 PM to 8 PM at the Watkins Funeral Home, 142 East Center Street, Manchester.
