Laura W. Roy

Laura W. Roy, 83, of Manchester, CT passed away Saturday, February 27, 2021. She was born in Barre, VT on April 25, 1937 to the late Allen and Jennie (Gould) Witham. Laura was a devoted wife to the late Robert Roy. Her lifes passion was being a wife and mother. Laura was a very caring person and raised a very tight-knit family. Laura worked as a nurses aid for a short time. Laura is predeceased by her parents, husband and sons Donald Starkweather, Jr. and Arthur Starkweather. She is also predeceased by her brothers Charles and David Witham along with her granddaughter Robyn Starkweather. She is survived by her son Ronald (Judy) Starkweather, and daughter Laurie (Gary) LeBlanc. Laura also leaves her sisters Joan Baldwin and Sandra Hoffman, along with seven grandchildren: Ronald Starkweather, Paul Starkweather, Jenica Formasano, Eric LeBlanc, Russel LeBlanc, Jolene Karpinski and Stephanie Starkweather. Laura also leaves eight great grandchildren: Kimberly, Adam and Jason Starkweather, Jadian and Jazlyn Hardwick and Zachary, Alexander and Hazel Formasano along with nephew Michael Witham, niece Lisa White and many nieces, nephews, great and great great-nieces and nephews.
