Kathleen "Kitty" Brown, 53, of Tolland, formerly of Manchester, loving wife of 33 years to William H. Brown passed away at home on Saturday, April 4, 2015 with her family at her side. Kitty was born October 26, 1961 in Manchester, attended local schools and was a graduate of Manchester High School, Class of 1979. She was employed as a Purchasing Agent with Garston Sign Supply in East Hartford for many years. Kitty enjoyed crafting and sewing and spent many hours traveling all over New England to craft fairs. She was a wonderful cook and baker and was well known for her cakes and cupcakes that she made for her family and friends. Kitty loved cars. She spent many hours going to car shows with her biggest fan and best friend, her husband Bill. Kitty's biggest accomplishment was raising her son Billy. He is her greatest joy and she was very proud of the man he has become. In addition her husband Bill and her son Billy, she is survived by her parents, Carolyn and Allan Issner of Middleboro, MA, her brother, Jeff Issner and his wife, Maggie of Florida, her two sisters, Robbyn Issner and her partner Maria Camino of Brookline, MA and Traci Corman and her husband Robert of Florida, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends. It was Kitty's wish to have no funeral services. Memorial contributions may be made to ECHN Community Health Care Foundation Inc., (for the benefit of the John A.
