On Father's Day, June 21st 2020, Jonathan Rec, loving son to Linda and father to the love of his life Joshua, passed into the heavens. Jon will be greatly missed and fondly remembered for his great compassion for others and his unwavering ability to put others needs above his own, despite complications from a tragic automotive accident years ago. Jon will be remembered for his creativity, love for hiking, cooking and exploring nature, especially with his son Joshua. Jon leaves behind his six year old son Joshua, his mother Linda, who loved him with all her heart, his caring brother Christopher, his best friend and mother of his son, Cindy, and two cousins, Rhonda and Judy. Until we meet again Jonathan, may you rest in peace. Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements. A celebration of Jon's life will be held at a later date.
