Jeffrey J. Poulin, 49, of Barefoot Bay, FL, formerly of Manchester died from heart complications on Saturday, December 26, 2015 at home. Jeff had had six surgeries during his lifetime to repair a heart defect he had since birth. He was the loving husband of Marcella (Fasano) Poulin. Jeff was born on November 27, 1966 in Hartford son of Sandra Murray of Port Orange, FL and the late Leo Poulin. He was raised in Manchester, attended local schools and had been a resident of Florida since 2003. He was employed as a painter for Wellis Painting in Glastonbury for several years. Jeff enjoyed all types of music and was known as a gifted drummer. He spent many hours fishing with his brother on Crystal Lake in Connecticut but his love was riding his motorcycle and enjoying the open road. In addition to his wife and mother, Jeff is survived by his sister, Lisa Goldsborough and her husband Steve of Port Orange, FL, his three brothers; Ron Poulin and his wife, Heather and their children; Jessica, Raymond and Jennifer all of Ellington, Chris Levine of Port Orange, FL and Scott Levine of Stafford. He also leaves his beloved dog Peggy Sue. Calling hours will be on Sunday, January 3, 2016 from 2-5 pm at Watkins Funeral Home, 142 East Center St. Manchester. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 4th at 11:00 am at the funeral home followed by burial in East Cemetery, Manchester.
