Jeffrey Allen Bilodeau

Jeffrey Allen Bilodeau, 36, of Manchester, loving father of Brett, Isaac, Andrew, and Olivia, beloved son of Donald P. and Debra (St. Cyr) Bilodeau, and brother of Ryan and his wife Katie Bilodeau, passed away unexpectedly at home Saturday, November 19th, 2016. Jeff is also survived by many adoring aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Jeffrey was born in Manchester on December 16th, 1979, and briefly lived in South Windsor, where he attended Orchard Elementary School. He had been a resident of Manchester for most of his life, and received his diploma from Manchester High School. Jeffrey was employed by North Central C-Med in Hartford, and served as a dedicated emergency dispatcher. Jeff was devoted to public safety, and was a former member of the Manchester 8th District Fire Department, where he served as a Firefighter and Dispatcher. He was the recipient of numerous awards; including a Life Saving Award, for his courageous efforts in saving a woman from a house fire. He also served numerous years as an EMT and Dispatcher for the Ambulance Service of Manchester, as well as, AMR in Springfield. Jeff had a passion for martial arts, achieving his black belt in ITF Tae Kwon-Do. He had the ability to bring a smile to anyone's face with his quick-witted sense of humor and contagious laugh. Jeffrey will be greatly missed. Family and friends may call on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Holmes Funeral Home 400 Main St. Manchester from 1-5 PM with Words of Remembrance at 4:30 PM.
