Jane Solomonson

Jane (Conn) Solomonson, 61, lifelong resident of Manchester, loving wife for forty two years of Paul Solomonson, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford after a long illness.

Jane was born in Manchester on February 16, 1957, daughter of the late Howard and Gertrude (Gardiner) Conn. She attended local schools, graduated from Manchester High School with the Class of 1975, and prior to retiring in 2017 had been employed with the State of Connecticut for twenty five years.

With her husband she is survived by three sons, Joshua Solomonson, Lucas Solomonson, and Alex Solomonson, all of Manchester; two grandsons, Joshua Solomonson Jr. and Liam Solomonson; two sisters, twin Sally Wollenberg of Manchester and Susan Conn of Seattle, WA, and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents Jane was predeceased by her brother, Brian Conn.

Visiting hours for family and friends are Sunday, July 29, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with a memorial service to follow at 1:00 PM, at the Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home, 400 Main Street, Manchester.
