Jane Frances Alemany, born March 21, 1957, died at Rockville General Hospital on October 26, 2014. She was born in Manchester, the daughter of Alyce Barlow Alemany of Manchester and the late Bernard Alemany. She lived most of her life in Manchester and graduated from what was then called, the Regional Occupational Training Centers. Jane resided in Vernon and worked at Marc. Inc. Jane is survived by her mother, Alyce Barlow of Manchester, her brother Scott Alemany and wife, Sharon of Rhode Island, her sister Beth D'Agostino and husband, Thomas of South Carolina, her sister Lynn Damon and husband, Joseph of Glastonbury and her brother Bernard Alemany of East Hartford and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. In addition to her father, Bernard Alemany she was predeceased by both her maternal and paternal grandparents. Her family wishes to thank the staff of March Inc. of Manchester, particularly Kim Foote and Ruby White. The nursing staff at Rockville General Hospital and Dr. Richard Orris and all those who worked with Jane at MARC Inc. A memorial service celebrating Jane's life will be held on Monday, November 3, 2014 at 11:00 am at South United Methodist Church, 1226 Main St. Manchester.
