Frank Brown

Att. Frank J. Brown, 88, of Hartford passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022 peacefully in his sleep. Frank was born February 15, 1934 in New York City and was the son of the late Francis Arthur Brown and Anna Dohanich. He was the oldest of the three children along with his two late sisters the older Roberta Benoit and the younger Patricia Lamprecht. Frank graduated from high school and went on to earn B.S. from University of Connecticut and then continued his studies in Boston University Law School. As his occupation, he practiced law as an attorney for general service cases for 62 years. Even though Frank was born with cerebral palsy yet his life was full of accomplishments both professional and personal. He never wanted to be treated as someone sick and always rose to challenges throughout his life. Frank leaves behind nieces and nephews, as well as, his special friend of 15 years Anna and many other special caregivers who helped Frank in his later years. Burial is scheduled for Tuesday, September 6th, at 10:30am at East Cemetery, Manchester CT.
