Prior to her husband's passing, they both enjoyed spending time on their boat docked in Westerly Rhode Island. She also loved spending time with family and loved shopping for her grandchildren. Prior to her retirement, Frances was a member of the Hotel Employees & Restaurant Employees Union for many years working at various hotels in Hartford and also worked for the Polytechnic Club (now known as On20) for several years before retiring in 1994. She is survived by her loving family, three daughters, Karen Sibrinsz and her husband, William E. Sibrinsz Jr. of Manchester, Sandra Begin and her husband, Brian Begin of Coventry and Lynn Morhardt and her husband, Marc Morhardt of Manchester, her brother, Richard Molloy and his wife, Margaret of Bolton, a son-in-law, Richard K.J. Todte of Manchester, four special grandchildren, Kurt Sibrinsz and his wife Rebecca, Kasey Matson and her husband Jeremy, Erich Todte and Kevin Todte and her two great-grandchildren, Kaley and Kensie Matson.
