Evelyn Sarah May Kingman

Evelyn Sarah May (Haugh) Kingman, 103, formerly of Manchester, CT beloved wife of the late W. Leonard Kingman and mother of the late Raymond Kingman passed away peacefully Monday, December 7, 2015 at Blue Bird Estates Adult Retirement Community East Longmeadow, MA, where she lived for the past four years. Evelyn was born in Gilbertville, MA, on March 31, 1912 daughter of the late Samuel J. and Esther (McCurry) Haugh and was a Manchester resident for over eighty years. Evelyn is survived by a son, Robert Kingman, his wife, Mildred of Sturbridge, MA, a daughter, Patricia Anderson, her husband, Donald of Harwich, MA, a brother, Miller Haugh of Greenwood, SC, 14 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, son and parents Evelyn was predeceased by seven brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 10 am, at Holmes Funeral Home 400 Main St. Manchester. Burial will be in East Cemetery, Manchester. There are no calling hours.
