Elisabeth A. Phillips

Elisabeth A. Phillips, 63, of Manchester, CT, formerly of New Hartford, CT, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 13, 2018. Beth was born in Winsted, CT, daughter of the late Joseph and Louise Chirico. Beth is survived by her partner, Victor Fettig of Manchester, her sons, Jason Phillips and wife Tammy of New Hartford, Landon Phillips and wife Jamie of New Hartford and her daughter, Jolene Lepow of Palmer, MA. She is also survived by Ben, Shane and Shelbie Fettig of Manchester. She also leaves behind her granddaughter, Natasha Neri and husband Tim of Torrington, CT, grandson, Vincent Humphrey of New Hartford, four step grandchildren and her beloved sister, Elaine Halnon of Rutland, VT and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Michael Koscak and her son in-law Charles Lepow. Beth will be remembered for her quick wit and unending devotion to her family and friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Debra Brandt and the staff at the Smilow Cancer Center in Torrington for their dedication and care. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104. There will be a celebration of life gathering from 1:00 - 4:00pm on Sunday, May 27, 2018 at Phillips Farm, 275 East Cotton Hill Road, New Hartford.
