Dorothy Lundy (98), Passed away January 12, 2022 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born October 2, 1923 to George E. and Clara M. (Wachter) Geistweit.
Reared in Brooklyn, NY. She married her high school sweetheart on Christmas Day in 1943, just before he shipped out to the South Pacific to serve in the U.S.M.C. in WWII. The two started a family in 1949, having two daughters.
Dorothy loved her dogs, owning five in her lifetime. A Truly talented crafts person, she learned to do; crochet; knit; tatting; rug hooking; gardening; and the list went on and on.
She is survived by her two daughters Christine K. Lundy and Nancy J. Rourke. Granddaughter Kaitlin E. Conrad and great grandson Christopher Ryan Klein.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 62 Years Stanley 'Pete' C Lundy.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
