Diane K. Watson

Diane K. Watson, 61, of Manchester, beloved wife for 43 years of Peter J. Watson, died unexpectedly Sunday June 22, 2014. Diane was born August 1, 1952 in Manchester, daughter and best friend of Thelma S. Kennedy of Manchester and the late David Kennedy, she was raised in Vernon, attended local schools, was a 1970 Graduate of Rockville High School. Diane has lived most of her life in Manchester and found her greatest joy to be cooking and taking care of family and friends. In addition to her husband and mother she is survived by and was the loving mother of Shannon E. (Watson) Haley and her husband Brian of Manchester and the light of her life, granddaughter Madison K. Haley. Other survivors include her sisters, Karen Moquin of Manchester and Carolyn Chemerka and her husband Michael of Andover, three nieces, Heather Davey, Krystal Davey, Kristin Chemerka, who was also her Goddaughter, nephew Michael Chemerka and her grandniece Sabrina Wright. Funeral services will be held Friday June 27, 2014 at 11:30 am at the Holmes Funeral Home, 400 Main St., Manchester. Burial will be in the East Cemetery in Manchester. Calling hours will be Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Assoc., P.O.
