Charlotte M. Spencer

Charlotte (Moran) Spencer, 79, beloved wife of Richard Spencer, of East Windsor, formerly of Manchester, went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, May 12, 2015. She was born Nov. 17, 1935, to Fred and Haley (Watson) Moran in Roswell, New Mexico. Along with her husband, she is survived by her son, Russell "Rusty" Turner and his fiancee, Linda; her daughter, Lori-Bea Turner; stepsons David Spencer and his wife, Lisa, and Don Spencer and his fiancee, Sue; brothers, Alvin, Marvin, Sammy; granddaughters, Jillian Irish and her significant other, Michael, Kari Turner and her significant other, Tim, Jennifer Irish, and Kristin Turner; step-grandchildren Stephanie Masone and her husband Greg and their children Story and Fable, Jason Spencer, Jesse Spencer, Nicholas Spencer and James Spencer; and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her "son" Cvetko Dimovski, his wife Zlatka, and their family; former daughters-in-law Sue Spencer and Kara Kurtz; and former son-in-law, Patrick Irish. She is predeceased by her brothers, Oscar and Larry; and sister, Sue. Special thanks to Linda for her care and support of Charlotte. Charlotte will be remembered best for her love for her family.
Calling hours will be held Thursday May 14, 2015 from 6-8 PM at Holmes Funeral Home, 400 Main St., Manchester. Funeral services will be held Friday May 15, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at East Cemetery, Manchester. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 200 Executive Blvd, Suite 4B, Southington, CT. 06489.
