It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carol Ann Patten (Mellen), 86, of Manchester, Connecticut, formerly of Willington and Coventry, CT on October 16th, 2024.
Carol was a mother and grandmother, known for her generous spirit and love for all. She was born on February 16, 1938 to Theodore and Lillian Mellen. She was predeceased by her parents, and her son Gregory Hall, Jr. She leaves behind her sisters Barbara Olson, and Kathleen Campbell (Doug), brothers Marvin(Bethany) and James (Linda) Mellen, daughters Leslie Hall and Karen Connors (Thomas), grandchildren: George, Sarah, Mathew, Joseph, Travis, 8 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She will be laid to rest at a graveside service on November 2nd at Grant Hill Cemetery in Coventry, CT at 10 AM. All are welcome. May she rest in peace, surrounded by love and light.
