Carol Ann P. Arenburg

Carol Ann P. Arenburg, 73, of Manchester, our beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend, peacefully passed, Sunday September 13, 2015 at her home with her family at her side. She was born in Willimantic, CT on December 25, 1941, the daughter of the late Pauline (Madore) and Frank Perrone. Carol lived a life dedicated to her husband and her entire extended family. Always putting others before herself. Carol was the loving wife of Gordon Arenburg for 39 years. She was predeceased by her daughter Karen Smith and her sister Grace Cammeyer. Carol is survived by her daughter Teresa Thompson and her husband Scott Thompson, her grandchildren, Nicole Dupuis, Erica Thompson, Kayla Thompson and Crystal Thompson, her great grandchildren, Desiree Dupuis, Ryan Dupuis, Hannah Trybulski, Trent Thompson, Kaitlyn Valles, Aiden Thompson and Wade Warencia, her brothers, Mark Perrone, Robert Perrone and Richard Perrone, her God children Michele Melley and Andrea Perrone along with several nieces, nephews and special friends. Carol's family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Dr. M. Saud Anwar, Karen R.P. Cadman and the Visiting Nurses Assoc. of Vernon. At Carol's request, there will be no public calling hours and the funeral is to be private for immediate family only. Burial will be in the East Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Visiting Nurse and Health Services, 8 Keynote Dr., Vernon, CT. 06066.
