Carmella (Serratore) "Cam" Brennan, 91 of Manchester, CT, widow of Thomas C. Brennan, died Sunday, June 4, 2017 at CT Hospice in Branford, CT.
She was born in Yatesville, PA on November 29, 1925, daughter of John and Gaetana "Della" (Lombardi) Serratore. She was raised in Pennsylvania, and moved to Manchester in 1952. Cam was a longtime parishioner of St. James Church and later at St. Bridget Church, and prior to retiring, had been a para-professional in the Manchester Public schools system.
She is survived by four children: John Brennan and his wife Mary of Norwalk, CT; Robin Garner and her husband Richard of Hamden, CT; Holly Faries and her husband Andy of Winter Springs, FL; and Michael Brennan of Manchester She also is survived by ten grandchildren, seven great-grand children, and her close cousin, Jennie Beatrice of Quincy, MA as well as two great nieces and a great nephew.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, June 10, at 10:00 AM at St. Bridget Church, 70 Main Street, Manchester. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery in Manchester. There are no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to St. James School foundation, P.O. Box 254, Manchester, Ct 06045-0245.
