Walter Philip Reichle

Walter P. Reichle, 73, of Manchester, CT passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Hartford Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Walter was born in Scranton, PA on August 27, 1945 to the late Christine and Edwin Reichle.

Walter served in the US Air Force from 1965-1969 and was employed by United Parcel Service for 31 years until his retirement in 2006. In retirement, Wally enjoyed playing golf, woodworking at the Manchester Senior Center, gardening, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Wally will be dearly missed by his loving wife Bonnie Reichle of Manchester, his sons Shane Reichle of Stafford Springs, David Reichle of Manchester, his daughter Michelle and son-in-law William Dresser and his grandchildren, Cecilia and Lyle Dresser of South Windsor.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (www.lls.org). Calling hours will be held Monday, May 20, 2019 from 6:00-8:00pm at Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home, 400 Main St., Manchester, CT. A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 11:00am, East Cemetery, Manchester, CT.
